found this glove at a rawlings outlet store for my 5 year old son. he has been playing ball for 2 years but always had a hard time squeazing the glove shut to keep the ball in it. had tryed many different gloves as the eye hand coordination is there just couldn't squeeze glove tight enough to keep ball in glove. this glove is very soft and flexible it has improved his catching skills greatly. would recomend to any one looking for a soft glove that is easy to use. This glove is designed for kids aged 5-7 as it is stated on the packaging. We were debating back and forth between this glove and the 9.5 inch T-ball glove from Rawlings (PP95DP) that looks similar. We later saw the PP95DP glove in the store and it was designed for kids aged 3-5. My 5 year old couldn't put her hand in it. So glad we ended up with the PP10DP glove since it was bigger and has the adjustable strap which will make it easier for her to squeeze her hand in. I really like how the glove opens and closes which is key for youth just starting to learn to play the game and learn how to catch. I tried a few other gloves out in the store and they need a lot of breaking in, where this glove won't require it. I am really glad we chose this glove, fits my small 5 1/2 year old daughter well and will be easier for her to catch balls than those cheap plastic gloves. I have a really nice glove I have been using for 20 years and I have to say I am so jealous of my daughter's glove I want one for myself!! Got this for my 6-year old Son after the big-box store glove he'd played with for 2 seasons gave out.This glove fits perfectly, and flexes like a well-broken in old friend.He loves it, and the fit/finish are good for what it is - an entry-level glove for little folk.He'll outgrow this before it wears out - this is the glove to get your little one.
